This newly renovated 3 bedroom/ 1.5 bath apartment is the perfect home for exploring Chicago! The closest metro station (the green line) is only a 4 minute walk which can take you anywhere you want to go in Downtown. The closest beach and access to the lake is 5 minutes by car. The space All 3 bedrooms have queen size beds with brand new memory foam mattresses providing you comfort and relaxation after a long day of exploring the city. You'll have everything you need whether you are cooking in the kitchen or just need a place to sleep after a night out on the town. We try our best to accommodate early check-ins and late check outs, but cannot guarantee it especially if we have same day check ins. Advanced notice is requested. There is ample street parking in front of the building and you may park overnight. Please follow our house rules: 1.) No parties or additional overnight guests without prior approval 2.) Please ensure you have left the premises and returned any keys issued to the designated location by the agreed upon check-out time. Failure to do so will result in a $150 late check-out penalty. 3.) Absolutely no smoking (of anything) inside the unit or on building premises. If there is evidence of smoking, including odor, there will be a $1,000 smoke remediation charge. 4.)
