Spacious yet cozy cabin nestled in the woods. The space A wonderful place for family and friends to gather to play and relax. Located just five minutes from Sundance Resort where you will find restaurants, skiing, live music, art studio, gift shop, spa, horseback riding, snowshoeing, cross country skiing, hiking, ziplining, and flyfishing. You never have to leave the mountain. The home is set back from the road and offers large wrap around decks on three sides for year-round enjoyment of the beautiful woods and mountains. The kitchen has a center island to gather around and is fully stocked. A gas range makes cooking a joy along with double ovens if you are planning a big meal. The kitchen table seats 8 and the dining room can seat 10. Of course there is a microwave, coffee maker, blender, crock pot and mixer to help with your meal plans. Room details and layout • One bedroom with King bed, dresser, TV, writing desk, ensuite bathroom with double sinks and a large tile shower and walk-in closet. This room is romantic and finished in a rustic style with a sliding barn door and plenty of privacy. • Two queen bedrooms with ensuite bathrooms and walk-in showers. • Two queen bedrooms share a hall bathroom with a bathtub. You will have the entire cabin to yourself. Driveway can fit 3 cars. No street parking is allowed. NO PETS ALLOWED. Other things to note We ask that all guests abide by the house rules so everyone can enjoy their stay. Violations may result in your reservation ending early. AGE REQUIREMENT: Guest must be at least 25 years of age LIMITED OCCUPANCY: Maximum occupancy is limited to the number of individuals listed on the reservation NO SMOKING or VAPING: Minimum fee of $500 NOISE AND CONDUCT: Guests are expected to respect the property and neighbors. PARKING: Parking is restricted to designated spaces. No street parking. REFUNDS: Guest shall not be entitled to a refund in the event of early departure or events out of host’s control, including weather. WINTER CONDITIONS: November to April vehicles must have 4WD, AWD, or chains. SENSITIVE MOUNTAIN SEPTIC: Flush ONLY toilet paper. HOT TUB: Use good judgement. If you overflow the hot tub, you may be charged for refilling. DAMAGE: Notify us and we will work it out. Don’t notify us and we will notify Airbnb. PETS: Unless property is designated as pet friendly and fees are paid, pets are not allowed.
