Crested Butte is under new management as of June 2024! This condo is a 3bd, 3ba condo centrally located in Mount Crested Butte. The condo building does NOT have an elevator so guests must be able to walk up 2 flights of stairs. Upon entry, the main living area includes a fully stocked kitchen, dining table with seating for 6, and an incredibly cozy Living Room. This main area includes the wood-burning fireplace (firewood provided) and access to the small deck space where you can take in the view of Mt CB and fresh air! This unit has a Roku device installed on each of the four TV's for your viewing pleasure to log in to your favorite streaming apps. This spacious condo offers sleeping for 6. The Primary Suite awaits offers a king sized bed and its own private full bath. All three bathrooms were remodeled in June 2025! The second bedroom offers two twin beds and another en suite bathroom, perfect for the kiddos! The final bedroom has a queen bed and full ensuite bathroom. The kitchen is fully stocked with everything you might need to prepare a meal for the whole family. Starter supply of standard coffee is provided. **DISCLOSURES** PET DISCLOSURE: Pets (including Emotional Support Animals) are not allowed in this building. You will be assessed a $500.00 fine and asked to leave immediately with no refund if you are found to be in violation of this rule. AIR CONDITIONING DISCLOSURE: There is no AC in this home. AC is extremely rare in Gunnison County. We encourage you to use windows, balconies, fans, etc. to cool off during the rare hot day in Crested Butte. QUIET HOURS: Absolutely no parties. Many long-term working residents live in this building; excessive noise outside of 9am-9pm will not be tolerated. PARKING: Guests are allotted 2 parking passes to be used in the building lot. There is no assigned parking. No trailers/RVs. There is no additional overnight parking in Mount Crested Butte. Free street parking is available in the town of Crested Butte (3 miles, follow posted signage diligently). 2 parking passes are provided/unit; this is non-negotiable, please plan accordingly! POOL/HOT TUB: The pool and hot tub are managed by the building HOA. West Elk Property Management cannot foresee closures due to routine maintenance or cleaning and therefore will not offer refunds in the event the pool or hot tub is unusable for part or all of your stay. Please be aware the pool and hot tub are available during the Winter and Summer months only. Off-Season closures are typically from early April to early June and again around late September to early December. CBMR SUMMER DATES OF OPERATION: Crested Butte Mountain Resort opens for the Summer 2026 Season on June 13th. Closing day has not been announced.
