The residence has security cameras installed at three points. Point one is near the stairs leading up to the house. The second point behind the house is the car charging booth, and the third point is the swimming pool area • Maximum Guests: 15 people • Quiet Hours: No loud noise after 10 PM • No Smoking: No smoking, e-cigarettes, cannabis, or illegal substances. Fine of 10,000 THB • No Gambling: No gambling allowed • No Pets: Pets are not allowed • No External Speakers: Do not bring external speakers to the pool area • No Moving Furniture: Moving furniture, speakers, or any items will incur a minimum fine of 2,000 THB • No Food or Drinks in Pool: Fine of at least 5,000 THB for food or drink in the pool or costs for draining and treating the pool • No Diving: The pool depth is only 1.20 meters • Swimwear Only: Swimwear must be non-bleeding in the pool • No Defecating in Pool • Jacuzzi: Please turn off the Jacuzzi after use • Damage: Guests are responsible for paying for any damages and repair costs Cleanliness • Food Waste: Dispose of food waste properly to avoid pests • Toilet Paper: Do not flush toilet paper • Check-out Cleaning: Clean all kitchenware and the stove. Failure to do so will incur a 1,000 THB fine. (Housekeeping service available for 500 THB) Booking Terms • Deposit: 60% required at booking • Balance & Security Deposit: 10,000 THB due on check-in • Non-Refundable: No cancellations or changes to booking dates • Extra Guests: 3,000 THB per person per night for unauthorised guest limit • Check-In: 2 PM - 6 PM, Check-Out: By 11:30 AM Security Deposit: 10,000 THB due on check-in with a copy of your ID. Refundable on check-out if no damage. Cancellation Policy: No cancellations or refunds. Full deposit will be retained if you cancel or fail to check in on the reserved date. Festivals: Full payment is required at the time of booking Utility Disruption We are not responsible for power outages or water supply issues due to natural disasters or government services.
