In the heart of Berry, in the Brenne Regional Nature Park, 19 minutes from Argenton-sur-Creuse, the Green Venice of Berry, near the Creuse Valley and the Voie Verte. Comfortable cottage. Fun with the seasons: deer slab, migratory birds, mushroom foraging, ideal refuge to reconnect with the essentials. The space Bed linen + bath + house linen: INCLUDED. Large, bright living room, very comfortable bedding that can be joined: 5 bedrooms including 1 large one on the ground floor, with shower room, Italian shower, and toilet. Terrace with shade sails available, private garden, bordered by a small orchard. The cottage is part of an old farmhouse, where other inhabitants live year-round. Cristelle PARGUEZ and her basket workshop, offers (by reservation ) courses or visits... We also offer you by reservation, the visit of our organic breeding of lactating Limousine cows. Ponies on site. Guest access Check-in is agreed from 5 p.m. Your departure at the end of the stay is agreed at 11:00 a.m. The name "lake" on Airbnb is actually a "pond": a water reserve, where wildlife reigns, and swimming is prohibited. Respect for schedules is requested in order to allow us to properly manage the different cottages, on the same day. Guests can use the entire property during their stay. Ideal for reunions. Free parking is available for 3 cars in the courtyard, near the accommodation. The courtyard is not a play area: Please do not let your children play or walk around without the supervision of a responsible adult. This courtyard is shared with the other inhabitants and vehicles of the farmhouse. Other things to note Please use the masonry stove only if you have been authorized to do so by the owners. How it works requires specific know-how. In the event that you need the electric heaters, it is your responsibility to make sure to turn them off behind you, to avoid any over-consumption reports. Beyond 20kWh, you will be charged in addition to your rental. Swimming is not allowed in the pond, on the other hand if you want to fish in "No-kill", it is ESSENTIAL to sign a liability release, contacting you in Marjolaine (free access for guests of the cottage).
