This spacious, cozy apartment is perfect for a holiday in Schiltigheim ou to work in Wacken/Espace Européen With a surface area of 60 square meters, it has two bedrooms and can accommodate up to four people. We look forward to welcoming you :) ## Logement Recently renovated and located on the 2nd floor without elevator, this apartment offers: - two bedrooms, each with a double bed, two single beds and a cot; - a fully-equipped kitchen - a bathroom with toilet; - a lounge area for relaxing after a day's walking. The accommodation is comfortable and well-appointed, with a small, bright balcony overlooking the greenery. Please note that the accommodation is NON-SMOKING and does not accept pets. To make your stay as pleasant as possible, you'll find: Wi-Fi connection, TV, Dolce Gusto coffee machine, dishwasher, oven, microwave, washing machine, fridge, fan, iron, hair dryer, etc. Bed linen and towels are included in the cleaning fee. The apartment is conveniently located: - On a quiet street with an enclosed courtyard at the rear for safe parking of your bike. - Close to all shops and restaurants. - A 35-minute walk from the center of Strasbourg, 10 minutes by bike, 13 minutes by tramway. - Close to bus stops and bike paths and easy access to the freeway 5 minutes from the Strasbourg Centre (place d'Haguenau) or Wacken exits. For your daily shopping, a "Carrefour Express" supermarket is just a two-minute walk away. During your stay, you can : - Explore the surrounding parks and enjoy the cuisine of the many local restaurants. - Discover Schiltigheim's historic center. - Visit Strasbourg, its famous cathedral, parliament and much more.
