It is the ideal accommodation for couples or families looking for a comfortable solution, just a few steps from the sea. It is in the heart of Maiori, about 100 meters from the beach - both public and well-equipped - and a short walk from restaurants, bars, supermarkets and bus stop. The space ACCOMMODATION FEATURES Suite Nerano offers all the comforts for a relaxing stay: wifi, air conditioning in all rooms, dishwasher and washing machine. The accommodation is organized as below: • Living room with a balcony in front, furnished with sofa bed and dining table; • Fully fitted Kitchen, open to the living room; • 1 double bedroom (size 160x190) (without view - with light point); • 1 bathroom with shower ACCESS AND PARKING Suite Nerano is part of a complex of two apartments "Suites Nonni", on the first floor of a small residential building and is conveniently accessible by elevator. It is centrally located in Maiori, just 100 meters from the beach, within easy walking distance of shops, restaurants, cafés, and local services. It is located in the heart of Maiori, in a very quiet and peaceful area. Within walking distance, there are: • Beach - both private and well-quipped • Sita bus stop • Supermarkets • Various restaurants • Private paid parking available on request at approximately50 meters from the property (advance booking strongly recommended, especially in high season). • Public paid parking available at approximately 150 meters from the property. Parking is not reservable and may be crowded in high season due to the limited number of spaces. GETTING AROUND Thanks to its central location within Maiori, Suites Nonni allows easy access to the main services and attractions of the Amalfi Coast. • Boat excursions from Maiori port (approx. 1 km): The most scenic and relaxing way to travel along the coast. Ideal for visiting Capri, Positano, Amalfi, and sea-access-only coves while avoiding traffic and parking issues. • Public buses (stop approx. 50 m away): Regular connections to Positano and Amalfi. A practical and economical option, though often crowded and slower during high season. • Private driver: Offers comfort and flexibility, with higher costs compared to public transport and limited availability during peak periods. Advance booking (at least one day ahead) is recommended. • On foot: The most authentic way to experience Maiori. All services are reachable by walking, always involving steps and elevation changes typical of the area. Recommended for guests accustomed to walking. • Scooter rental: Provides greater independence in terms of schedules and routes, but is recommended only for experienced riders comfortable with narrow and busy coastal roads. This includes the Accommodation and the balconies for their exclusive use, ensuring maximum privacy and independence throughout their stay. Other things to note • We offer self check-in for maximum flexibility. If you prefer to be welcomed in person, this can be arranged upon request and subject to availability, within 8:00 PM. • The house is located in a residential building: Since rules must be respected. • Private paid parking can be arranged on request at around 50 meters, while public paid parking is available at approximately 100 meters - but it is not reservable and may be crowded in high season. • Please note that the property is located in a natural Mediterranean setting. As part of the local environment, you may occasionally encounter small insects or wildlife, such as ants, spiders, small insects, or lizards, both in the outdoor areas and, occasionally, inside the house.
