If you’d prefer to explore Barcelona, the property is a short, ten-minute walk to the city centre and its most iconic districts, buildings and monuments, including the Gothic Quarter, Raval, Plaza Catalunya, and Paseo de Gracia. The property is well connected to the airport and well served by local transport. Hospital del Mar is just 500 metres away, and La Barceloneta Market is also close by. A typical neighbourhood market, it opened in 1884. Guests will also have the support of the Lodging team, just a phone call away, 24/7. We apologize for any inconvenience this may cause. 🚗 Driving to Barcelona? Guests arriving by car are recommended to book a parking space online with Parclick before arrival. Since January 2020, the most polluting vehicles are not allowed to drive in Barcelona Monday to Friday, from 7:00 a.m. to 8:00 p.m. If guests bring a foreign vehicle, it must be registered in advance or online (ZBE zone) to avoid heavy fines; there’s a €7 fee, processed within 15 working days. 💼 Business trip? Our apartments have high-speed fiber optic Wi-Fi, perfect for working from home. 🏠 House rules: Please respect the neighbors by keeping noise to a minimum, especially after 10 p.m.; quiet hours are from 22:00 to 08:00. Avoid slamming doors, and strictly no parties or loud music. Only the guests included in the booking or registered guests are allowed to stay. Breaking the rules or causing disturbances may result in immediate eviction without a refund.
