Are you looking for a place just a few steps from the forest, where you will have absolute privacy and in the morning you will be greeted by deer outside the windows? The gate to the forest is the perfect choice! A place to enjoy time with friends or family and to come back to! Our newly built house is located just a few kilometers from Příbram, in the village of Orlov. The space The space The main building can accommodate 22 guests in 7 rooms and the adjacent building (clubhouse) can accommodate another 10 guests. In the main building you will also find a fully equipped kitchen and a common area where you can relax, play board games or use the space for work or corporate events. The clubhouse can be used in many ways - for meditation, yoga, training, work meetings or anything else according to your ideas. The clubhouse has a sleeping floor with mattresses to accommodate additional guests, a fully equipped kitchen, bathroom and toilet. The large plot offers a lot of sports activities! You will find a volleyball/football court, basketball hoop, trampoline or ping pong table. A ping-pong table is available in the clubhouse. Of course, we will be happy to lend all the equipment free of charge. There is also a natural swimming pond on the property. Near the outdoor terrace with seating is a fireplace with a grill. Bedrooms & Rooms: There are a total of 7 bedrooms in the main house. On the ground floor you will find 3 bedrooms, on the upper floor 4 bedrooms. 1st bedroom on the ground floor - double bed + double bed on the first floor. 2nd bedroom on the ground floor - four single beds + double bed upstairs. 3rd bedroom on the ground floor - double bed + double bed on the first floor. 4th bedroom on the top floor - double bed. 5th bedroom on the upper floor - double bed + extra bed option. 6. bedroom on the top floor - two single beds. 7. Bedroom on the top floor - two single beds. Bed linen and towels are included in the rental price. Sanitary facilities: The house has 3 bathrooms (1x bath, 3x shower) and 3 toilets. The clubhouse has a shower + toilet. Possibility to use the washing machine. Heating: The whole building is heated by standard electric heating, in each room the temperature can be regulated separately. There is a fireplace in the common room/living room. Wood is included in the rental price. Transportation, Parking: Parking is available right next to the property. If you arrive with more cars than the parking capacity, there is a public parking lot nearby in the village that can be used. There is an electric car charger on the property. Dining It is possible to use two fully equipped kitchens (one in the main house, the other in the clubhouse). Meals are available in nearby restaurants. The nearest restaurant is 700m away. The shop is in the village, larger supermarkets are in nearby Příbram. Rohlik.cz will deliver to the address. Vacation home amenities The house is fully equipped, just come and relax. In the fully equipped kitchen you will find: oven, microwave, dishwasher, coffee maker, coffee grinder, basic groceries, dishes, towels. Games and children's books can be rented in the common room. Speakers can be used via bluetooth, both in the main building and in the clubhouse. There are two cots and one high chair. Excursions, Attractions, Entertainment Sports lovers and lovers of privacy and nature will enjoy themselves on our property. There are a lot of hiking and biking trails nearby, in winter they will come to their cross-country skiers. Brdy and the local forests are an ideal place for mushroom picking and watching forest animals. For occupancy of more than 16 guests, a fee is charged according to the current price list for each person over 16 people, including children.
