Looking for a place just a short walk from the forest, where you'll have absolute privacy and greet you outside the roe deer windows in the morning? ORLOV - a place with a story is the perfect choice! A place to enjoy time with friends or family, and you'll love coming back! Our recently built home is just a few kilometers from Příbrami, in the village of Orlov. The space The space The main building can accommodate 24 guests in 7 rooms and the adjoining building (clubhouse) can accommodate another 12 guests. The main building also has a fully equipped kitchen and a common area where you can relax, play board games, or use the space for work or corporate events. The clubhouse can be used in many ways - for meditation, yoga, training, work meetings, or anything else. The clubhouse has a sleeping floor with mattresses to accommodate other guests, a fully equipped kitchen and a bathroom, and a toilet. Large grounds offer lots of sporting activities! There is a volleyball/football field, basketball, trampoline or ping pong table. Of course, we are happy to rent all amenities for free. There is also a natural bathing pond on the property. Near the outdoor patio with seating there is a fire pit with barbecue facilities. Bedrooms & Rooms: There are a total of 7 bedrooms in the main house. On the ground floor you will find 3 bedrooms, on the top floor then 4 bedrooms. 1st bedroom on the ground floor - double bed + double bed upstairs. 2nd bedroom on the ground floor - four single beds + double bed upstairs. 3rd bedroom on the ground floor - double bed + double bed upstairs. 4th bedroom on the top floor - double bed. 5th bedroom on the top floor - double bed + extra bed available. 6th bedroom on the top floor - two single beds. 7th bedroom on the top floor - two single beds. Bed sheets and towels are included in the rental price. Sanitary facilities: There are 3 bathrooms (1 bathtub, 3 showers) and 3 toilets in the house. The clubhouse has a shower + toilet. Possibility to use the washing machine. Heating: The entire property is heated by standard electric heating, each room can be controlled separately. There is a fireplace in the common room/living room. Wood is included in the rental price. Transportation, Parking: Parking is available right next to the property. If you arrive more cars than the parking capacity, there is a public parking lot nearby in the village that can be used. There is an EV charger on the property. Dining It is possible to use two fully equipped kitchens (one in the main house, the other in the clubhouse). Meals are available at nearby restaurants. The nearest restaurant is 700m. The shop is in the village, larger supermarkets are in Neded by Příbrami. Rohlik. cz commutes to the address. Vacation home amenities The house is fully equipped, just come and relax. In the fully equipped kitchen you will find: oven, microwave, dishwasher, coffee maker, coffee grinder, basic food, dishes, towels. In the common room there is the possibility of renting games and children's books. Speakers can be used via bluetooth, both in the main building and in the clubhouse. Possibility to rent two cribs and a high chair. Excursions, Attractions, Entertainment In our property, both sports lovers and lovers of privacy and nature will find themselves on the property. On the property There are a lot of hiking and biking trails nearby, in winter they will come to their cross-country skiers. Brdy and local forests are ideal for mushroom picking and wildlife watching. For occupancy of more than 16 guests, a fee is charged according to the current price list for each person over 16 people, including children.
