The heart of the Belgrade lakes

Located in a quiet country setting just minutes from the Oakland boat launch and McGrath pond, this place is stocked for your convenience with a coffee/tea/cocoa bar, air fryer, and full kitchen. Washer and dryer in unit. Swing set, pool, sand box, and trampoline out back. A short drive to downtown Waterville for shopping and entertainment. A 15 minute drive will take you to Maine General, Colby college, or Belgrade lakes. 20 minutes to Augusta. Owners on property to accommodate your needs. The space This is an apartment sitting above a garage attached to the owners home. Guest access Park in the driveway to the left of the building and go in through the garage door. Go up the stairs and through the door on the left. Other things to note The driveway is shared but you can park anywhere there’s space. If you have more than two vehicles, please park behind one another. Outside space is shared with owner and tenants. We have 4 single-seat kayaks and a few life vests when available but you’ll have to have a way to transport them to the lake and please request before taking them.
