The Bocelli flat is located in the centre of the hamlet of Peccioli. Peccioli was voted hamlet of the year 2024! The apartment has been completely renovated. Bocelli has a Wi-Fi connection, mosquito nets on the windows and 2 portable air conditioning units. Shopping facilities and restaurants within walking distance! The space The flat has 2 entrances - one within a few steps and a second entrance on the ground floor. Kitchen-living room with 1 double sofa bed, dining table, TV, portable air conditioning unit, kitchenette with gas hob, electric oven, microwave, fridge-freezer, dishwasher, coffee machine, kettle, toaster, blender, 1 double bedroom with wardrobe, 1 armchair which can become an additional single bed (on request), portable air conditioning unit. 1 bathroom with shower, WC, bidet, washbasin. A cot is also available on request. The house is furnished with great attention to detail, in a modern style, to make the guests' stay as pleasant as possible. There is a launderette in the centre. The car can be parked in one of the public car parks - approx. 10-minute walk. Tips and excursion destinations: There are numerous leisure activities for young and old - the prehistoric park with life-size dinosaurs, a large public swimming pool (Peccioli). For sporty guests there is a golf course (Castelalfi), tennis courts and a riding stable. An absolute highlight for Vespa lovers is the Vespa Museum in Pontedera. There are various wineries in the surrounding area that offer wine tastings. Not forgetting the world-famous "Teatro del Silenzio", a natural amphitheatre, a little gem of a landscape in the hinterland of Volterra in the heart of Tuscany. Every year, opera singer Andrea Bocelli graces the theatre with national and international stars - always worth a visit! Every summer since 2005, in the month of July, the Peccioliper Foundation organises the 11Lune festival, a review of theatre, music and events at the Fonte Mazzola Amphitheatre made entirely of eco-friendly materials. The Bocelli flat is an ideal starting point for visiting Tuscany's most important art cities such as Pisa, Lucca, Florence and Siena.
