A window seat at the front of the room provides the perfect spot to curl up with a cuppa and watch the hustle and bustle of the marina. Sleeping arrangements comprise a second-floor double bedroom set beneath the eaves, and a lower ground floor twin room, which can be accessed via the front door or through a bespoke heavy hatch into the lounge. An en suite off the twin and a first-floor family shower room offer comfort and convenience, while outside the shared courtyard garden has garden furniture for al-fresco drinks in the salty sea air. While this property doesn''t have private parking, there are car parks nearby along with some on-street parking.
