The space The Village View is a darling little oasis in one of the best neighborhoods in Raleigh! It’s is a brand new apartment above the detached garage in the back of the lot, at the end of the driveway. It’s fenced in for privacy and it’s an upstairs apartment with an enclosed staircase to access the apartment. This is a comfortable and unique home, bright and cozy! Relax and watch tv, chat or read in this quiet and stylish space. The living room, dining and kitchen are all open to each other perfect for being together! The queen bedroom has a comfy bed, closet, ceiling fan and a smart tv with attached full bath with tub/ shower. Comfy and cozy perfect for a little getaway for 2 or a great space for 4! The living room has a queen sleeper sofa , smart tv, ceiling fan and dining area. A fully stocked kitchen to cook and entertain is a bonus in this amazing space! And stackable washer and dryer are in the closet off of the living room, for your convenience. You will love the privacy and the walkability to everything here. Cameron village is one block away, so the grocery stores, nail salon, bars, restaurants, Starbucks , Walgreens and more is just a couple min stroll under the oaks. NC state campus is only a few blocks away as well! Walk and visit the campus in minutes! Perfectly situated in one of the best neighborhoods in Raleigh! So parking will be street parking and is free on Chamberlain the cross street there is no limit. You can park there as long as you’d like and it’s literally two doors away.:) After hours there is no limit and no limit on the weekend on any of the streets :) Only 5 min from Glenwood South & Downtown. 10 min to North Hills, PNC Arena, the state fairgrounds and I-40, 15 min to the airport & Cary, and 20 Min to RDU and Durham, and Apex. Guest access Guests can access entrance to the property walking up the driveway for the entrance through the gate, and use the private fenced in area ( it is shared with the owners) for your fur baby , and guests can also use the outdoor deck area with tv and fireplace ! This area is shared with the owner as well occasionally! Other things to note ***Pet fee will be added when you choose your pets as guests :) $100 up to 2 pets :) Please put the trash out by the driveway in the bin upon leaving and pick up after your fur baby in the yard:) Please put all dirty dishes in the dishwasher and run the dishwasher prior to leaving. And please put towels that have been used into the laundry room or bathroom. Please leave the bed the way that it is we can take care of the linens for you.
