From the living room, a wooden staircase leads to the upper floor, which houses the sleeping area and the bathroom. The sleeping area consists of two double bedrooms and a pull-out bunk bed in the hallway. There are built-in closets to store clothes. The fully renovated bathroom consists of a bidet, shower, central aerator and washing machine. The heating is centralized, but it is possible to adjust the temperature at will by acting directly on the regulators positioned on each radiator.
