It is about 80 meters from the beach sand, in addition, on the boardwalk and nearby there are supermarkets, snack bars, pharmacies, bakeries and etc. All this is just a few minutes' walk away, ensuring practicality and convenience. ACCOMMODATIONS This space has a bedroom with a queen size bed and a single mattress. A bathroom with an electric shower. The living room has a TV and a sofa bed. The kitchen has the basic items to make everyday meals. It has a microwave, coffee maker, sandwich maker, blender, cooktop, electric oven and electric kettle. Plus a washing machine and wall-mounted clothesline. We also provide an iron and hairdryer. We provide basic bed linens and one bath towel per guest. We offer a microfiber blanket for the bed and one for the single mattress, ensuring your maximum comfort. AIR CONDITIONING There is a split air-conditioning system in the bedroom, which works in both hot and cold mode. CONNECTIVITY Good quality Wi-Fi Internet and TV in the living room with access to streaming services. For an extra fee, you can purchase an early check-in and can enter the apartment from 7 a.m. on. ____________________ CHECK-OUT TIME: The standard check-out time is 10 a.m. and departure must be completed by this time. For an extra fee, you can purchase a late check-out and stay in the apartment until 8 p.m. ____________________ PETS: This apartment is small pet-friendly and they are welcome! There is a one-time fee of R$ 100 to bring your four-legged friend. A maximum of two pets are allowed. We ask that you avoid leaving your pet alone in the apartment, as this can lead to unwanted barking and other nuisances. When using the building's common areas, such as elevators and the entrance hall, your pet must be carried in your arms and wear a collar or leash. In addition, pets are prohibited from climbing on the apartment's upholstery, such as sofas and beds.
