Luxury saltwater pool / spa ready mid-Dec '25!! Sparkling clean & cozy home w/ shared pool & spa, available for select dates. Boutique hotel-style property w/ a total of 4 units, 2 of which are studio efficiencies; & 2 small 2-BRs. Located in a safe, quiet family neighborhood. This is the main house on the property, an adorable 2/1. Maximum 3 adults please. Shared amenities include the pool, BBQ grill & beach gear. Family owned & operated. Second Bedroom: Features a fun and versatile trundle bed (full over single) and a pack ‘n play tucked away in the closet for your tiny travelers. Kitchen: Calling all at-home chefs! My kitchen is fully stocked and ready for you. It’s equipped with a stovetop, microwave, and a tabletop oven that doubles as an air fryer and toaster. Plus, you’ll find a dishwasher, blender, and a selection of spices, oil, and vinegar to get your culinary creativity flowing. Coffee Lovers Rejoice: Start your mornings with your choice of a moka pot (my fave!), French press, or drip coffee maker. Enjoy complimentary organic coffee, powdered creamer, and sweeteners—no plastic K-cups here! Just delicious, eco-friendly coffee. Living Space: Kick back on the large sectional sofa and catch up on your favorite shows on the smart TV, or enjoy some tunes with our Echo (Alexa smart speaker). I’ve also provided cozy slippers for everyone because we’re a no-shoe zone! Bathroom: Our full bathroom features a spacious shower, perfect for freshening up after a fun day in the sun. Guest access You'll have full access to the entire home, complete with its own entrance. Inside, you'll enjoy a fully equipped kitchen, a cozy living space, and a private bathroom—all yours to use throughout your stay.
