In addition, "it Koeshûs" is a charmingly furnished, quietly located accommodation, equipped with all the luxuries, with 4 bedrooms. The loft living room with open kitchen is located on the 1st floor, with an adjacent beautiful roof terrace. On the ground floor are the 2 bathrooms and 3 bedrooms. There is free parking at the door. The bustling city center is within a 2-minute walk. The space If you book "it Koeshûs" for 4 people, you will have the entire property to yourselves. The idea is to use 2 bedrooms of your choice. It is a spacious, clean, comfortable and luxuriously furnished house with a floor area of no less than 180 m2. The upper floor is air-conditioned. On this floor is also a separate toilet. The spacious living room with open kitchen gives access to a beautifully decorated and sheltered roof terrace. The living room has a lovely lounge sofa, a beautiful tree trunk table with 6 dining chairs, a large flat screen television with sound system, and the spacious kitchen is equipped with all possible equipment. The entrance, on the ground floor, opens into the central hall, the special center of "it Koeshûs" and looks like a kind of courtyard. Adjacent are the other bedrooms (bedrooms 2, 3 and 4). In bedrooms 1, 2 and 3 there are double beds, 2 of which are king size and 1 queen size. They are all equipped with lovely mattresses with toppers and made with luxurious bedding. In bedroom 4, there is a luxury bunk bed. Downstairs there are also 2 beautiful bathrooms, one with a 2-person Jacuzzi hot tub. In the second bathroom is a separate toilet. In both bathrooms you will find soft luxury bath towels and delicious pampering products from Rituals. Indoors, you can enter the garage through the second bathroom. There is a washing machine and a dryer, which are free to use. There are also 2 bicycles for our guests. You can also store and charge your own (rental) E-bike here. You will also find klikos and waste bins to dispose of the waste separately. In front of the garage door, 1 car can park for free. This is registered with the municipality parking app so that you are legally parked. The key fits all three exterior doors. We also offer you the opportunity to bring your baby or toddler. For €20 per night extra, we ensure that there is a made-up bed, dresser with changing pad, a box with some toys, a triptrap chair with possibly a bouncer and children's tableware, and the stairs are secured with a stair gate. Guest access The whole house is at your disposal. We do not live there ourselves, and it is therefore exclusively for you. The garage is the only room of the house where we may sometimes be found during your stay. That is then for certain activities. We then use its own entrance. It Koeshûs is less suitable for guests with mobility problems because the living room, the kitchen, a separate toilet and the roof terrace are on the first floor, via the stairs. Other things to note It Koeshûs is located in a quiet residential area. We ask you not to make noise on the roof terrace, and to keep quiet from 10 p.m. We like to keep our neighbors as friends.
