The unit is completed by 1 bathroom with shower. Next to the main structure there is a smalloutbuildingfurnished with 2 single beds that can be joined to become a double, and 1 full shower room. Mandatory change at euro 20 per person for stays longer than 10 nights (1 change), for stays longer than 17 nights (2 changes) and for stays longer than 24 nights (3 changes). - Pool available from May to October. - It is MANDATORY to sort and dispose the waste. If not, it will be withheld penalty fee of 80 euro for up to 10 kg of waste + 50 euro for each additional kg. - It is MANDATORY to leave the stove and cutlery clean (service not included in the price of final cleaning). If not, it will be withheld a penalty fee of 40 euro. - The property is composed by 2 units. - External video surveillance system. ​- Please note that upon arrival the payment of the deposit of euro 300 is required by credit card, cash or instant transfer.
