A large entrance will allow you to get ready easily, the rooms are bright and cozy. Living room with sofa bed, electric stove (flame simulation) and Google TV. House equipped with electric roller shutters. Dining room with table for 6 people, possibility of putting an extension, pellet stove. Electric heating in other rooms The terrace is located under a pergola that has lighting, garden furniture, a charcoal barbecue, as well as darts and a ping-pong table. The grounds are enclosed, another garden lounge is installed in the grass to fully enjoy the view of the grounds or the pool. ⚠️ the pool is not secure, it's up to you to be vigilant. In the orchard and vegetable garden, you can help yourself for your personal consumption. You will find strawberries, mirabelle plums, damson plums, cherries, or apples, depending on the season, as well as chives, mint, chamomile, and oregano. Guest access You will have access to all parts of the accommodation except for one room upstairs that is currently under construction as well as the attic. Other things to note The house is non-smoking but you can smoke on the terrace outside. Pets are allowed (max 3). A surcharge of 10 euros per pet will be requested for their stay.
