"Le Poulailler" Studio

A quiet retreat in the countryside, between the river and the forest: - 10 min from Saint-Gaudens, its hospital, and its leisure center at Lake Sède - 8 minutes from the Villeneuve-de-Rivière Exhibition Center - 10 min from highway access - Close to Toulouse, Tarbes, Lourdes, Pau, ski resorts, Spain Discount possible if you bring your own linens (ask me) Pets NOT allowed No smoking inside the studio Check-in time no earlier than 3:00 p.m. Latest check-out time: 11 a.m. The space The studio (32 m²), located in an annex to our house, has a separate entrance. Self check-in using a key box. The studio consists of: - a main room with: kitchen, 140 cm fold-down bed, 90 cm sofa bed. (There is no separation between the 2 beds), desk - A bathroom with sink, shower and toilet - a covered terrace - Parking (for cars and trucks) The neighborhood is quiet and conducive to walks in the heart of nature, during which you will discover the Pyrenees. They are just behind the forest. About 1.5 km from the studio is our picnic area located on the banks of the river (see pictures). We set it up from May to September, depending on the weather. The last half of the journey to get there (across the meadows) must be done on foot or by 4x4. A picnic set is available for your use. In the village, about 4 km from the studio, you will find: - a permanent bakery - Various street vendors on certain days of the week - a sports field Other things to note NOT PROVIDED: - Foodstuffs (including salt, pepper, oil and vinegar) - Body hygiene products: shampoo, shower gel, etc. - Laundry detergent for the linens PROVIDED: - Bed linens: blankets, fitted sheets, flat sheets, pillowcases - Kitchen linen: towel and hand towels - Toilet linens: 1 shower sheet (per person), 1 towel (per person) and 1 glove (per person) If you wish to bring your own linens, I will offer a discount on the price based on the number of people (ask me). - Cleaning products (dishes, floor, routine maintenance)
