"Le Poulailler" Studio

A small refuge in the quiet of the countryside, between river and forest: - 10 min from St-Gaudens, its hospital, its leisure base around Lake Sède, 15 min from its Fibre Excellence factory - 8 min from the Parc des Expos de Villeneuve de Rivière - 10 min from the Cardeilhac forest and its arboretum -10 min from highway access The RATE OF €50 applies from 2 NIGHTS, with 1 BED and LINEN PROVIDED See the other options in the meal photo space and specify the chosen option. The space The studio (32 m²), located in an annex of our home, has an independent entrance. Entry is autonomous with a key box. The key will be in the box if I'm not there when you arrive. The studio consists of: - a main room (with kitchen, 140 cm lift-up bed, 90 cm bench bed. There is no separation between the 2 beds) - a bathroom - a terrace - parking (for cars and trucks) The neighborhood is quiet and conducive to walks in the heart of nature, during which you will discover the Pyrenees. They're hiding right behind the forest. About 1.5 km from the studio is our picnic area located on the edge of the river. We set it up from May to September approximately (see pictures). A picnic kit is available for your use. In the village, about 4 km from the studio, you will find: - a fixed bakery - various street vendors on certain days of the week - a city stadium Other things to note NOT PROVIDED: - Foodstuffs (including salt, pepper, oil and vinegar) - Personal hygiene products: shampoo, shower gel, etc. - Laundry detergent PROVIDED: - Bed linen: blankets and according to the chosen package: fitted sheets, flat sheets, pillowcases - Kitchen linen: dish towel and hand towels - Bathroom linen, depending on the package chosen: 1 bath sheet (per person), 1 towel (per person) and 1 washcloth (per person). - Cleaning products (dishes, floor, routine maintenance)
