This charming Art Nouveau home is located in the heart of Helsinki, right on the edge of Lastenlehto Park. The apartment's bay window and bedroom offer stunning views of the park. The spacious two-room apartment offers high ceilings, original mirror doors, and a beautiful white lacquered wooden floor. The stylish kitchen and spacious living room make this home perfect for both everyday life and relaxation. Cafes, restaurants and the seafront are just a short walk away. The space Cozy city apartment in the city center This cozy third-floor apartment (no elevator) offers a comfortable setting for both short and long-term stays. Bedroom: The bedroom has one large, 160 cm wide bed where two people can sleep comfortably. Living room: The spacious living room has two sofas and can also accommodate a 160 cm wide air mattress with an electric pump that provides a sleeping place for two people. This makes the apartment an ideal choice for short-term accommodation for up to four people. Kitchen: The fully equipped kitchen is ideal for longer stays and cooking at home. The kitchen has a washing machine, dishwasher, fridge, stove and oven, as well as all the necessary kitchen utensils, such as frying pans and pots. Apartment suitability: The apartment can accommodate two people for long-term living and up to four people for short-term accommodation. For families and children, the facilities are flexibly adaptable. Guest access Guests can use the entire apartment freely during their stay. Other things to note Stairs: The apartment is located on the third floor and there is no elevator in the house. Please be prepared to carry your luggage up the stairs. Quiet hours: House rules require quiet hours from 10:00 pm to 7:00 am. I appreciate you following these times so the neighbors can rest in peace. Smoking: Smoking is prohibited in the apartment and in the common areas of the house. If you smoke, you do it outside, outside the house. Pets: Accommodation with small pets can be arranged separately. There has also been a small dog in the apartment with us when there are no reservations, please take this into account if you are very allergic to animals.
