Features a covered terrace with beautiful sea views, an air brewer lighting the ceiling and to improve your comfort, an electric shutter (installed in October 2019) complete this space and allows to create an additional room , especially in the evening. A small closed kitchen, accessible from the terrace, renovated in October 2019, is completely equipped. The bathroom consists of a shower, a sink, a toilet, and also has a hairdryer. The residence has a private and secure parking. A small beach is 200m from the apartment, as well as water games (fee), children's paradise, two restaurants, a pizzeria and laundry (fee).
