We are a traveling couple and have gone through more than 50 different Airbnb stays. We did everything thinking about delivering the best travel experience for the guest, as we know how important it is to arrive in a space designed especially to receive you. We look forward to your reservation, with great affection! <3 Guest access 🔑 Check-in is at 3 p.m. and check-out is at 11 a.m. During the time and period of your stay, you will have access to the swimming pool located on the rooftop of the building with a panoramic view of the city, shower, sun lounger, umbrella and minibar, as well as the gym with Movement equipment and a view of the city, the laundry room with washing and drying machines paid on site and the dry sauna, all on the 18th floor. The building also has a delivery space, bicycle rack and coworking on the ground floor, as well as a lounge overlook on the 12th floor with a view of the city. Access is made by requesting clearance at the reception, stating the apartment number. Follow all common use rules and enjoy the available spaces! :) Note: Please do not leave your luggage in the building's common areas, nor remain in the building after your stay ends. Other things to note 🗣️Notes: 1. The building does not have its own parking lot, but there are rotating parking spots on nearby streets. We recommend parking at the mall or other paid parking lots near the accommodation, including 24-hour parking. The Faria Lima subway station is 600 meters away and there is a bus stop in front of the building. 2.
