Keep it simple at this peaceful and centrally-located place in Benimaclet - Valencia. 15 min away from the beach, 10 min away from the universities and 20 min away from the city centre. Bus stop right in front of the main door, tram right in the corner of the street, mini markets around, etc. Benimaclet is famous and it's a MUST. Air conditioning in the living room, all rooms have fans though.
