The other two bedrooms feature queen beds and share a bathroom with tub/shower combo and single vanity. There is a dining room with seating for 6 guests and laundry facilities. A full kitchen is stocked with essentials and opens to the living room. The living room opens up to a covered patio with outdoor fireplace, outdoor living furniture, and outdoor dining for 6. There is also a half-bath located off of the patio. The pool/spa overlooks Lake Thurmond and has outdoor seating as well. The golf area is adjacent to the outdoor living space. The pickle ball court is located on the driveway. If you wish to use, staff will need to be notified prior to your arrival and you will need to park in the pull-in in front of the main home. Guest access You will have access to everything in the lower half of the property. The top half of the property including the garage will not be accessible to guests. There are locked owner's closets in the home that you will not have access to. Access to the property is provided via a smart lock with a personal code that will be shared prior to check in. If you are traveling with animals walk the perimeter of the fence to make sure animals cannot escape.
