The Pigeonnier

Le Pigeonnier is located very centrally to the heart of the beautiful village of Brantome en Périgord. It’s a two minute walk to the centre of the village yet is so tranquil and quiet located up a dead end lane. Guests have access to a pool located in the owner’s garden and it benefits from private parking. Whilst the property is attached to the owners house it has its own entrance and complete privacy. It has a beautiful outdoor terrace and a stunning sun deck with views of the ancient Abbey. The space On arrival there are stairs up to the covered terrace where the property is accessed. Guests enter into the spacious open plan living area which has a fully fitted kitchen, dining table and lounge area. A narrow spiral staircase (not suitable for anyone with mobility issues or children), leads downstairs to a large double bedroom and shower room. There is access to a beautiful swimming pool and sun terrace located within the owner’s garden, with spectacular views of Brantome and the Abbey. The pool is only available to guests of Le Pigeonnier and Le Studio, so a maximum of four guests at any time. All linen and towels are provided including swimming towels. Our other rental property, Le Studio, is adjacent to Le Pigeonnier and consists of a bedroom, bathroom, living room with a kitchenette and private parking. It is smaller than Le Pigeonnier but if booked together, it would be perfect accommodation for two couples travelling together.
