Fantastic apartment at Wittenberghof

Relax in this special and quiet space. In a secluded location next to our farm, you will find a very cozy apartment here, in which a large family with grandma and grandpa also feel comfortable. There is also room for two families with children, who can let off steam on the adjacent playground. Our pets, the miniature dachshund Paule, the cat Püppi as well as a few chickens will surely meet you in the yard. In just 20 minutes you are in Stralsund, Greifswald or on Rügen The space In the lower area you will find the entrance area with the stairs, a large kitchen-living room with an extra living area, the large shower room, which is all at ground level and equipped with underfloor heating. You can also use a fireplace in the winter months. The attic has 3 bedrooms. Two are equipped with double beds ( 1.80 m and 1.60 m wide) and one with a bed which can also be pulled out into a double bed. A crib and high chair are free of charge. Upstairs there is also a bathroom with a toilet and tub. A terrace as well as a garden in the back invite you to linger. Garden furniture and barbecue are of course provided. Here you will also find a playground for the youngest. You can park your vehicle in front of the entrance area and there is also a storage space for the bicycles you bring with you. There are also a few bicycles available for a small fee. A bit of farmhouse flair and wonderful peacefulness await you at our farm. The chicken garden in front of your kitchen as well as our little dachshund will surely greet you during your stay. As farmers, we also grow potatoes, which you can buy from us. The season is here from the end of August to March, or while supplies last. I wish you a wonderful stay. Guest access You are welcome to use the garden behind the vacation home, and you can of course also take an exploratory tour of our yard or my garden. By the way, a washing machine is available in the adjacent stable building and is accessible to you. Please just ask me about it. Other things to note Dear guests, we have been working here as an agricultural family business with priority agriculture for over 30 years. We grow grain, rapeseed, and a few food potatoes. At the moment, there is also a herd of suckler cows that are kept all year round on our surrounding pastures. I myself have been renting holiday apartments for 19 years, but this apartment in Bauernkaten is newly renovated and is now available to our guests. Our farm is a 3-page farm with our residential building in the middle, and the farmer's boating next to the barn. The courtyard has been built around the turn of the century and we have rented it since 1993. Initially in a very poor condition, we have renovated and built a lot. The Wittenberghof is named after the tenant until the Second World War , which also ran agriculture here.
