We Stay - The Nook with Woodfired Hot Tub

The Nook is a charming, quaint and romantic one-bedroom cottage in the delightful Leicestershire village of Woodhouse Eaves. The space Guests enter the cottage into the living room, a calm and airy space adorned with characterful wooden beams and a log burner, perfect for cosying up in front of after a long day’s adventure. Through the living room is the kitchen, with a breakfast bar perfect for enjoying the first hot drink of the day. The kitchen is well-equipped with an oven and electric hob, microwave, toaster, kettle, coffee machine and dishwasher – everything even the most ambitious of chefs would need to rustle up a hearty and nourishing meal. There is also a family bathroom located on the ground floor of the property, complete with a large shower. Upstairs, guests have access to a study with a desk and chair, perfect for remote working. The master bedroom is furnished with a kingsize zip and link bed, which can also be split into two twin beds, providing a flexible sleeping arrangement to suit the unique requirements of your party. To the rear of the property, guests have access to a private courtyard complete with a barbecue, wooden bistro dining set and charming wood-fired two-person hot tub. There is on street parking available just outside the property. We are able to welcome one well-behaved dog at this home (fees apply). Other things to note Visit with Confidence. To help ensure a smooth and seamless stay, all guests are required to complete a mandatory pre-arrival digital check-in form prior to arrival. This form includes providing personal details such as your full name, contact information, and date of birth, along with uploading a valid ID and a selfie for verification purposes. Completing this in advance allows us to prepare for your arrival and helps avoid any delays at check-in. Please note that failure to complete the form before arrival may result in delays in accessing the property. The garden is fully enclosed, but guests are still responsible for supervising their pets at all times.
