Indulge in your own secluded backyard retreat featuring a pool, waterfall, hot tub, sauna, fire pit, and BBQ. You'll also find a game room and a dedicated office space. The property is conveniently located near hiking trails, La Costa Resort, Legoland, and beaches. *Only 30+ day rentals are allowed. The space THE VIBE: This serene property has been tastefully renovated! As you step inside, you'll be immediately drawn to the tranquil atmosphere. The pool and spa are the perfect places to enjoy the sun. Start your morning with a relaxing time in the sauna and end the night around the fire pit making s'mores. Sun loungers are thoughtfully placed for sunbathing, and a barbecue grill is available for preparing delightful family meals. Please note that additional fees are applicable for heating the pool. LOCATION!!! This property's excellent location provides convenient access to popular attractions such as La Costa Golf, Resort and Spa, Legoland, South Carlsbad State Beach, Carlsbad Forum shopping and dining options, all just a few miles away. Within a 30-minute drive, you can explore SeaWorld, Del Mar Racetrack, downtown San Diego, or the San Diego Zoo Safari Park. Disneyland is also within reach, just 60 minutes away. There are plenty of outdoor activities available nearby, offering opportunities for adventure and excitement every day. PARKING: There is parking available for guests including a 1-car garage, space for 2 more cars in the driveway, and curbside parking without needing a permit. However, if you have a large vehicle, please let us know beforehand so we can make arrangements if necessary. Guest access Feel free to use the entire house and yard during your stay! Other things to note There is no extra cost for using the pool, spa, or sauna. The pool is not heated daily. It is equipped with a solar heating system that effectively warms the pool. However, there will be an additional charge if you would like the pool heated during your stay.
