Areia Preta/Ipiranga Penthouse - Guarapari/ES

Make some memories at this unique place! Our penthouse has an ideal leisure area for families and groups of friends, with an open-air deck, private pool, charcoal barbecue, and wood-burning pizza oven. In addition to this outdoor area, the property has two en-suites, a half bath, a living room integrated into the kitchen, and a wonderful view of some of the beaches of Ipiranga and Praia de Pelotas. The space The Penthouse has one of the en-suites on the same floor as the apartment entrance and a toilet. Also on this floor, there is a large room, connected to a kitchen and both surrounded by windows overlooking the beaches. There are also windows that create visual communication between the room and the deck in the outdoor area. From there, we can enjoy the beautiful view of the beach and take advantage of the leisure area items (wood-burning oven, barbecue, shower and swimming pool). From the outside area, there is an uncovered passage to the other en-suite, which is one floor above the previous en-suite. Both are spacious and, in addition to the double beds offered, in each of them, we provide single mattresses to better accommodate our guests.
