The space 💥💥 Please read full description before booking💥💥 - Parking for 2 cars behind each other on the LEFT side of the driveway. - This is a basement unit. We have spent lots of money on sound insulation and tried our best to make it sound prof but you will still hear some sounds from the unit upstairs. 💥 If you are sensitive to sound this may not be the unit for you. - Inferred sauna - Large soaker tub (bring your favorite bath soap) - Light therapy (repairs damaged skin for a youthful look) - Massage table (bring your favorite oil) - Heated floors in spa - 2 person shower - Small kitchen but it’s fully stocked - Antique bed, with a new comfortable mattress. - Quality unique furniture (Not ikea furniture) - 2 smoke detectors and a carbon monoxide detector. Fire extinguisher and first aid kit. - High speed internet - Surround sound Bluetooth stereo with speakers everywhere including the kitchen and bathroom. - Netflix. - No Laundry is available in this unit - Professionals cleaned with new linens and towels for every guest. - Use everything, but do not take anything when you leave. (Do not steal our towels 😁) We ask that: 💥you be respectful to the house, and the Neighbours and neighbourhood. 💥No pets 💥No smoking inside. 💥No parties 💥If you chose to drink or smoke do it responsibly and respectfully. 💥If you are noise sensitive, this might not be the unit for you 💥Quiet hours from 11 pm to 8 am. 💥We CANNOT accommodate early check in or late check out. Our cleaner is under a strict schedule. Check in is at 4pm and check out is at 11 am.💥 lo Guest access The whole unit is yours to use. There is another unit on top and therefore the driveway is shared, your parking place would be on the LEFT side of the driveway. We have done a great job sound insulating the units and rarely have any noise complaints. However, be considerate of the other guests, and do not play music too loud or other noises that might interfere with everybody's experience.
