The space The approx. 70m2 apartment is on the first floor and has two bedrooms, one living/bedroom, kitchen, bathroom, toilet and large terrace. The kitchen is fully equipped with induction hob, microwaves/oven, fridge/freezer, dishwasher and cooking utensils. Parking is available in front of the house and parking for bicycles is also provided. Heating is via central heating, the windows are equipped with insect repellent. First aid equipment such as fire extinguishers and extinguisher are on site. Smoke detectors are installed in the rooms.
