The space ⭐ This intimate 30 m² apartment has a fully equipped kitchen, a cozy living room and a peaceful bedroom with a luxurious queen-size bed, acclaimed by its previous guests for its exceptional comfort. ⭐ The open space harmoniously integrates the kitchen and living room, separated by an elegant bar. ⭐ The adjacent bedroom and shower room offer a peaceful haven ideal for relaxing. ⭐ Well-thought-out amenities include free Wi-Fi, essential cooking utensils and a warm welcome from me, which will ensure that you have a pleasant stay. ⭐ Guests will have exclusive access to the apartment, with high-speed Wi-Fi and free parking (not private) on the property. Another free parking lot is just across the street from the condo and in all the surrounding streets, parking spaces are free as well. A surcharge may be requested. ➡️ A SECURITY DEPOSIT of three hundred euros is mandatory. It will have to be sent to the property by bank imprint (which means that no pre-payment will be made) the day before or the same morning of your arrival then it will be returned to you 7 days maximum after checkout if no damage has been found. ➡️ What is a bank imprint? It is a pre-authorization process, which allows you to book a sum on a customer's bank card without charging it immediately. This is a common practice, and this precaution makes it possible to secure an amount to cover any additional costs or potential litigation.
