BASIC AND ACCESSIBLE

Modern-style apartment with an open concept and Oaxacan details, accessible, with enough space, cozy and comfortable, 5 minutes by car and 20 minutes walking from downtown, very close to the shopping area and on the way to the airport. If you don't mind walking 20 minutes to the historic city center, you'll like this apartment. The space Access to the apartment is located on a main avenue, on the top floor inside a contemporary-style house, with independent access. It is spacious, comfortable, with good ventilation and natural light. As seen in the photos, it is an open concept apartment between the areas. In the first area upon entering, you will find a small kitchenette with a sink, with a cabinet where a small basic pantry is provided, basic utensils for food or drink and some cleaning accessories. There is NO stove or grill, you will only have basic appliances (fridge bar, kettle, microwave oven, toaster, drip coffee maker), a folding cabinet fixed to the wall that serves as a table, a closet on the wall and next to it you will find the door that gives privacy to the personal toilet area with sink, toilet and shower. The second area is the rest area where there is a piece of furniture with books, an audio equipment, among other accessories, a sofa, two wicker armchairs, a hammock and finally the bed. Downstairs there is a safe space to store bicycles. Guest access The only area that is shared is the access to the apartment, since you must enter through a corridor and some steps, they are shared with staff who work in a commercial premises from 8 am to 7 pm. During their working hours, the entrance is always controlled and due to the nature of the business, it does not generate noise disturbances. Other things to note The apartment's design concept is to allow natural light to enter and contact with the outside through the windows and lighting areas located in the bed area, so if you are a light-sensitive person early in the day, a sleeping mask may be necessary. As for windows that can be opened, there is only a 2x2.40 meter window. It has two types of curtains, a thin one that allows privacy to be maintained and another thicker one of typical state textile that reduces light especially at sunset and gives even more privacy. If you are a person who is hypersensitive to noise when sleeping, it may be necessary to use earplugs, since as indicated the location is IN FRONT OF A main AVENUE and at night some vehicles pass by. The noise is not usually constant, it is not very intense and for most guests who have stayed it is very little noticeable or disturbing, but it is important that you know if you are VERY SENSITIVE.
