Second bedroom has two bunk beds (sleeps four) and the living room has a queen sleeper sofa. The apartment sleeps a maximum of 8 people. All new furniture and mattresses last summer. Level property with lots of parking. Very quiet--6 acres of undeveloped land between highway and cottage. Only 2.5 miles away from the town of Penn Yan--close to supermarkets, restaurants and boutique shopping. Morgan Marina is 2.5 miles away where you can rent boats and stock up on watersports gear. Great fishing in Keuka Lake! Keuka is comfortable to swim in from mid-June through September. East Lake Road is right along the wine trail. The house is a duplex with the rental side on the south side of the building and the owners side on the north side of the building. We use our apartment on the weekends only but are only there about half the weekends in the summer. The rental apartment is 900 square feet.
