Unlike hotels, please treat the facilities as you would your own room and keep them tidy. ◼ Our facility is located in a privately secured forested area, accessed via a hilly road from the station or bus stop. Using a taxi or rental car will enhance your comfort. ◼ We have parking on-site, but please be cautious as the entrance is somewhat narrow. ◼ Note that our rooms have a unique layout; Western-style rooms must be accessed through Japanese-style rooms. Please be aware in advance. (The mini door at the entrance is usable.) ◼ After using the sauna, please turn off the power immediately rather than leaving it at high temperatures. ◼ We keep the lighting dim inside the sauna room to enhance the experience of enjoying the starry sky. Additional charges may apply if special cleaning is required due to excessive dirt or strong odors after checkout. ◼ We operate on an unmanned basis, and check-in is self-check-in. Our office is nearby for any issues, but unless there are problems, we will not enter the premises. ◼ Our facility is situated in the naturally rich Hakone area. Therefore, insects, spiders, and wildlife inhabit the surrounding area regardless of the season. While we conduct thorough cleaning and regular pest control, we cannot completely prevent insects from entering. If insects are a concern, we recommend refraining from using our facility. ◼ Wildlife may approach, so after dining on the wood deck, please always clean up food and dishes promptly.
