Fantasy is nestled on a 1-acre lot in a gated community. Staff includes a chef, butler and housekeeping. Fantasy has 6 bedrooms with ensuite bathrooms. With it's own full-sized pool and patio just 30 feet from the beach, we offer a truly relaxing vacation on our golden sanded beach. The space We also have another 5 bedroom beachfront villa right beside this villa Fantasy. This villa Fantasy is a 6 bedroom situated on a 1-acre lot, and the other villa Beachnut is a 5 bedroom situated on a 1/2-acre lot. Each villa has its own private pool. Renting both villas side by side is perfect for larger groups. There are lots of excursions nearby. Some include waterfalls, ATV, horse riding, zip-lining, fishing, snorkelling, scuba, river tubing and more. Security gated community 3 kayaks and 1 paddleboard for exploring our bay and river. Our caretaker lives in a small hut tucked on the corner of our property, he is also responsible for the security of our guests and property. Guest access The entire lot is accessible by our guests Other things to note MEALS & GROCERIES The rental cost does not include meals and drinks. If you want the villa pre-stocked with groceries, I will email you a Grocery List Form to fill out which I would then forward to the supermarket. The supermarket will have the groceries delivered on check-in day. Then a representative from the supermarket will come to the villa and take payment via cash or credit card the day before you check-out. Generally guests pre-order groceries for the first 4 days and plan meals for those first 4 days. After arriving at the villa guests then discuss future meals with the cook. The cook will order the additional groceries. We have decades of experience renting out our beach villas with one main goal - to give our guests the best memorable, relaxed, pampered, delicious, experience possible. Please note that gratuity is not included in the total cost. The customary gratuity amount is 10% of rental costs. Our staff members do their best to take care of our guests.
