Five miles from beautiful Bass Lake and 18 Miles from the southern entrance to majestic Yosemite National Park. Relax in this peaceful setting while watching the local wildlife. Sip your morning coffee on the porch enjoying views of snowcapped mountains. On chillier days, cozy up on the couch with a blankie and watch a movie. A little slice of paradise! The space This home offers 2 bedrooms and one bath. Each bedroom has a queen bed. The bathroom has been recently updated. The main living space has an open living/dining room and kitchen. All rooms have ceiling fans. The living room features a 75” smart tv and electric fireplace. Owner occupies an attached studio, however, a separate entrance is used for this space. Owner does not access the home while guests are checked in. Guest access Guests have full access to the main home, including living space, 2 bedrooms and 1 bathroom. Owner occasionally occupies an attached studio. There is a separate entrance for those quarters. Wine fridge is not for guest use. Other things to note Owner is occasionally on-site occupying the attached studio. A separate entrance is used for this space, and the owner does not access the rest of the home while guests are checked in. The home is on a well and septic system. Conscientious use of water is appreciated. Only flush toilet paper; no other items even if they are “flushable.” No food or oils should be put down the kitchen drain. Place all food scraps in trash bin.
