I have a local property manager available for assistance, questions, etc. English and Italian speaking. We hope you love your stay! The road down to the house is quite steep, so not suitable for wheelchair or mobility issue access. Other things to note Parking is available beside the main road next to Rifugio di Fiori restaurant. Access to the house is 200 m away down a steep road (Fornoli). The first/lower parking area in town just before the gravel parking lot next to the restaurant is small and fills up quickly, but removes the steep aspect and you can walk to the house without the steep incline/decline. It's a couple minute walk from here. The local (Bagni di Lucca) nightly tax required by the area will need to be collected along with copies of passports. Not to exceed 20 euros total.
