The space This Coolum Beach, pet-friendly holiday home exudes 70s charm with rustic wood floors, walls, and high ceilings. Built into a hill, the property offers street-level entry via the carport into the upstairs area. Upon entering, you'll immediately feel like you've stepped into a treetop retreat. The open-plan living, dining, and modern kitchen area opens onto a balcony with ocean glimpses and a lovely seating area. The living room boasts a large plush sofa, smart TV, AC unit, and a cosy fireplace for those winter nights. The dining area provides ample seating with five chairs and a bench seat adjacent to the kitchen. The upstairs also features three bedrooms and one bathroom. Heading down the internal stairs, you'll find an open plan kids retreat/rumpus room with a pool table and a seating area that opens out to the outdoor entertaining featuring a sparkling magnesium pool, heated spa, and fire pit all nestled in leafy surroundings. The downstairs area also includes two bedrooms, one bathroom, and a combined kitchenette and laundry. Upstairs: Master Bedroom - Indulge in the private master bedroom, which includes a lovely garden view and a louvred door that opens out onto the upstairs balcony with ocean glimpses. This retreat features a king bed, wardrobe cupboard, AC unit and portable fan. Bedroom 2 - This cosy bedroom upstairs offers a comfortable queen bed, AC unit, portable fan, a wardrobe cupboard and ocean glimpses through the screened windows. Bedroom 3 - Bedroom three also features a plush queen bed, AC unit, portable fan and a wardrobe cupboard. Main Bathroom - The modern bathroom upstairs features a walk-in shower, bath, vanity and separate toilet. Downstairs: Bedroom 4 - This bedroom located downstairs has a lovely view overlooking the garden, pool and spa. Featuring a queen bed, AC unit, portable fan and a wardrobe cupboard. Bedroom 5 - The final bedroom features a queen bed, AC unit and portable fan. Bathroom 2 - The downstairs bathroom is complete with a large spa bath, shower, vanity and toilet. Rumpus Room/Kids Retreat - The downstairs kids' retreat and rumpus room is perfect for entertaining and features a pool table, stool seating, and glass sliding doors that open out to the pool and spa area. Laundry/Kitchenette - The combined laundry and kitchenette is located downstairs in the rumpus room, with a washing machine, sink and a mini fridge. Guest access Guests will have access to the entire home, there is space to park two cars in the double carport and two cars on the driveway. Other things to note *We DO NOT take schoolies bookings* *Pet-friendly for dogs - upon application, a $50 pet fee applies. Please reach out to us for pre-approval before booking. Please note we do not accept cats. *No guests under the age of 20 travelling independently, fine if accompanied by family (ie. young adults apart from a family booking is ok.) *This home is in a residential community with neighbours in close proximity. We have quiet hours on the Sunshine Coast after 9pm. We ask that you also generally respect our neighbours and keep noise to a minimum generally. *Please note to stay with us you will be required to fill out a check-in form for your stay. This is a requirement of all our guests that stay with us, access to our home will only be provided after the completion of our form.
