The studio is well-equipped with modern amenities, a cozy sleeping area, a kitchenette (doesn't consist of a sink or cooking appliances. There is a microwave, kettle etc. please check amenities), and a private bathroom. Guests can enjoy a peaceful stay while still being close to major attractions, public transport, and dining options. The space is perfect for solo travelers, couples, small family, or business guests looking for convenience and comfort. Guest access Fully contained studio space, plenty of free street parking right outside, easy access remote gate. The driveway /courtyard area is a shared access space (drive in/drive out) However you do have private access in and out of the area via a motorised gate controlled by your remote on the keys. I am also flexible if you have an outdoor pet and gate needs to remain shut, please advise beforehand. Other things to note Filtered / Drinking water - please note, the water is tap water at the property. It is not recommended for drinking usually but it is up to each guest. Please ensure you bring filtered or bottled drinking water to suit your needs. There will be one large jug supplied in the fridge of filtered water upon your arrival.
