You are right above a cupcake shop which is never a bad thing. 🙂 Very close proximity to: -convention center (1.1 miles) -bottleworks district (.4 miles) -sporting events (1.5 miles) -concerts (100 steps away from Old National Centre & the Egyptian room) -fine dining (Walkable) -retail shops (Walkable) The space This historic 100+ year old (newly remodeled) condo is the perfect place to kick back and relax after a busy day of shopping, eating and exploring the city. The memory foam mattresses and pillows will have you well rested & ready to roll as you make the most of your trip to Indy. Our AppleTV provides guests with basic cable through HULU as well as a movie collection to check out (200+ movies and counting). Guest access The whole condo is yours! Don't forget to check out the patio and courtyard out back. 🙂 Other things to note PLEASE NOTE: Parking - This Airbnb does not have any free parking spots available. Pulliam Square Garage is the best parking option and is 2 blocks away. It is a very close walk. The next closest option is the Penrose on Mass parking garage. It is about 3 blocks away. Very reasonable rates and your car is protected from the elements. There is free street parking a couple blocks away on N New Jersey St right next to Zion Evang United Church of Christ. If you are flying into Indianapolis, I would recommend taking an Uber/Lyft to the condo so that you do not have to worry about the parking :) STAIR ACCESS ONLY - You will have to climb a decent amount of stairs to enter the condo as it is on the 3rd floor.
