The heat exchanger manages to keep the water with temperatures between 30ºC and 33ºC, with the use of the cover at night, but this benefit makes the electricity bill much more expensive, due to this fact it is impossible to maintain the value of the lease, so we offer the use of the heat exchanger, this option must be chosen at the time of booking, if guests opt for this comfort, the value of 500.00 per night will be added. Another new feature is that we now have a 3m x 2m LED SCREEN with an integrated sound system in the pool area. The rental of this screen is daily and optional, unlike the electric pool heater, it can be rented for only 1 day, the daily rate is 1000.00. We do not provide towels and linens, we ask guests to bring their own. We have a housekeeper, who lives near the farm and provides assistance to guests in case of need. He takes care of the farm and needs to access it during his stay to take care of the fruit trees, garden and pool cleaning.
