The first floor bedroom sports a firm king-size mattress, ample drawer space, and walk-in closet so you can spread out during your stay. This bedroom accesses the back patio and gardens. Two bedrooms are on the second floor: one with a queen memory foam mattress and access to the ocean-facing upper deck; the other with a medium-firm pillow-top mattress, a Eurolounger which folds down into a double bed, and access to a balcony overlooking the back gardens. All bedrooms have smart televisions with cable programming (Sling TV). Linens are high thread count cotton. Each floor has a full bath with tub-shower combo, dual hand showers, and white cotton towels. A steam washer, steam dryer, and iron are available on the main floor. For guests travelling with infants, a changing station and Pack-n-Play are also available. A cabinet houses board games and reading material for when the weather is uncooperative. The living room has a couch, loveseat, and chaise to seat 8. A 60” smart television with cable programming (Sling TV) sits above an electric fireplace which keeps the chill of the coastal fog at bay. Framed photographs highlight coastal locations which can be reached during simple daytrips from the property.
