Guest room entry on second floor shared space where your private bathroom is located with a spiral staircase to access guest bedroom best for a couple or just 1 guest.. as only 1 double bed, with small office space on 3nd floor. Guest access House entry is keyed and 2nd access on bottom business floor w/ flight of stairs to 2nd floor. Note : I run my home business space is on the (entry) bottom floor along with shared wifi/ laundry & gym studio and yoga room area and many other common areas to enjoy, with the ask. Common certisy applies. The newly (continuing)..landscaped yard has warm and peaceful atmosphere with a summer garden and flowers and fruit trees a relaxing pergola and BBQ area, surrounded by groomed green space which will enrich your stay and wellbeing:-) I have room to park three vehicles in my yard and plug in bring a cord. I try to keep the drive shovelled but sometimes storms hit. Other things to note ZERO tolernce to excessive drinking or any kind of smoking or drugs ban on property! You will be asked for Immediate Removal from property at your cost. The essential rule is respect. Since my space includes other people and to insure privacy and security guest are asked not bring outsiders into the house at any time.
