The bedroom has a TV, minibar and ceiling fan. 100% cotton sheets and pillowcases. There is no kitchen. Family atmosphere, quiet place, lots of greenery in the garden, ornamental trees (orchids, myrtle, foliage, ...) and fruit trees (blackberry, avocado, mango, guava, jabuticaba, pitanga, ...), many birds (canaries, sage, well-te-vi, ...) we are about a 5-minute walk from the historic center of Paraty. Nearby there are markets, pharmacies, restaurants, bars, banks, and a bus station.
