All rooms are airy and very well maintained. > The living room is spacious and cozy, with a spacious sofa, 55" QLED TV with SKY and 200 Mbps Wi-Fi. The American kitchen is integrated into the living room and equipped with essential utensils to make your stay practical and pleasant. > The charming glazed balcony offers a versatile environment, with a dining table, sofas, air conditioning and 50" TV with SKY, ideal for meals or moments of rest. > The newly renovated pool has a waterfall and LED lighting, providing a pleasant atmosphere both day and night. For barbecue lovers, the house has a barbecue grill, pizza oven, stove and outdoor refrigerator, as well as a grassy soccer field for outdoor fun. The house comfortably sleeps up to 8 people. Therefore, it is essential to inform the correct number of guests in the reservation so that we can prepare everything carefully. ATTENTION 🐾 Pets: > We accept up to 2 small dogs. > They are not allowed to enter the pool, climb on sofas or beds. > Large animals are not allowed. Failure to comply may prevent check-in. 🎶 Parties and sound: > Parties are not allowed. > During the day, only ambient sound is permitted. > After 10 p.m., silence is mandatory (subject to a fine from the condominium). > Quiet celebrations are welcome, as long as they respect the neighbors. 👥 Extra guests: > External visits only with prior notice. > In case of guests during the day, an additional fee of R$200.00 per person/day will be charged. 🗑️ Garbage disposal: > The condominium does not have internal collection. Garbage must be taken to the disposal point on the access street, approximately 300m from the entrance. 🚭 There is no smoking inside of the house. 🚗 Fully paved access to the condominium.
