The space The flat is located on a high level, with 52m², spacious balcony, 1 covered garage space and has daily storage, cable TV and Wi-Fi internet services, in addition to water, electricity and gas consumption. The kitchen is integrated with the living room and is furnished with a stove, exhaust fan, microwave, minibar, table with chairs, sofa and television, as well as kitchen utensils, such as glasses, plates and cutlery. The bedroom has a comfortable queen-size bed, a closet with hangers and air-conditioning.
