The space The flat is located on a high level, with 52m², spacious balcony, 1 covered garage space and has daily storage, cable TV and Wi-Fi internet services, in addition to water, electricity and gas consumption. The kitchen is integrated with the living room and is furnished with a stove, exhaust fan, microwave, Nespresso Inissia coffee maker (note: the capsules must be brought by the guest), minibar, water purifier, table with chairs, sofa and television, in addition to basic kitchen utensils such as glasses, cups, plates, cutlery, drainer, spatula, baking dish, pressure cooker and frying pan.
