Other things to note Our condo is thoughtfully equipped with baby-friendly amenities to make your stay as convenient as possible. We provide a changing table, portable play yard, baby bath, child-friendly utensils, a high chair, and a selection of children's books. Whether you’re here for a short visit or an extended stay, we've got everything you need to make your little ones feel right at home. Enjoy complimentary daily breakfast for all registered guests, plus free access to the pools and gyms at La Copa Inn, Courtyard by Marriott, Hilton Garden Inn, and Sand Rose Beach Resort — all conveniently located in South Padre Island near this property. Pets are welcome for an extra charge of $50 plus taxes per pet. Monthly bookings also include free weekly cleaning. Primary guest must be age 21 or older to reserve. Important Notice for Our Guests: Your reservation total includes a $59 damage waiver fee, providing coverage up to $1500 for accidental damages. Additional details will be provided upon check-in.
