A suite upstairs from my office. It's quiet and peaceful there, as there are only two suites. If you need to, you can also rent a garage. Downstairs I set up a table with chairs in case you want to eat something outside the room or study. The space a two-story house, with a yard and a garage, located on a quiet street, with everything nearby, pharmacy, bakery and market, hospital and universities. I rent rooms upstairs, with a separate entrance and each room has its own key. In the backyard there is a covered area with a refrigerator, microwave, table, chairs and dishes that are shared with the other two bedrooms in the house. Guest access you just need to go up a ladder During your stay I deliver the keys personally and am available to answer questions in person or by Whatsapp. Other things to note There is a hospital and universities nearby 3 subway stations within walking distance.
